Long and easy running has it’s place in a training plan, but only doing long and slow will just make you a long and slow runner! Bring out the speed in your legs by running like you stole something! Inject some speed into your life by joining us for drop-in speed sessions!

The practice is open to all TriBC members. It’s complimentary¬†for Tri-Cities Triathlon coached athletes, $3.00 drop-in for non-coached athletes.

Practices will be offered staring in October 2015!
